Welcome to the next six weeks of Aesthetic! 💪. We have made a complete different schedule for this cycle. If you are looking to improve your overall aesthetic look but don’t have enough time, you can aim to attend the 3 full body sessions we have. If you are looking to learn some Olympic lifting skills and want to get more athletic challenges, you will enjoy the Monday and Wednesday workouts. We will keep 2 Hyrox sessions per week and we are introducing 2 performance based sessions were you will adapt your body to become more athletic by discovering new skills:

The introduction of the 3 day full body workouts is to provide a suitable solution for our busy clients. It feels so much better to set a baseline you can hit week after week than to struggle with stops and starts. Now you have no excuses! attend at least 3 days, adjust your diet and see the results on your body.

Lift heavier with longer rest to maximize tension and get those muscles to build!

Will my Olympic lifts improve?

Hell Yes! if you follow these progressions and commit to making the first few weeks all about refining your technique and NOT pushing the weights super heavy, then I’m confident the last few weeks will yield some powerful growth.

The unbroken complex in the conditioning is a unique challenge that often leads to a surprise of an individual’s fitness level. When you are in the middle of the heavy breathing conditioning piece, it is easy to take breaks and put down the weight as you get increasingly tired. The unbroken complex challenges your fatigue to remind you of how strong and endurant you are. Hold onto the DB or KB for the entire complex and find a new edge within your conditioning capabilities.

More details on how to approach this cycle will be shared on future posts.
