Tiana Golovchenko holds a BA in Management and Business and a Teacher of Physical Education & Sport. She has a background in fitness and health with over 9 years of experience as a master of Sports Powerlifting. Tiana Golovchenko believes that holistic wellness strategies, along with exercise, are the best possible way to achieve and ultimately maintain a healthy mind, soul, and body.
Tiana is a passionate certified personal trainer & fitness instructor who uses a decent combination of metabolic training, HIIT, and stress management techniques. She has worked with hundreds of customers, from professional athletes to CEOs–and everyone in between. As an expert trainer, she develops personal fitness programs according to the client’s abilities and analyzes the client’s needs perfectly.
Tiana approaches fitness as a lifelong modification of behavior where we have ongoing improvement.
Providing specialized training programs for both groups and individuals, she defines her sessions as efficient, challenging, and simple, with great emphasis on mobility and proper form. All in all, her favorite client is anyone with the willingness and goal to work hard towards it!
Her main focus on teaching genuine posture, form, and proper balance assists in ensuring the client’s body & spatial awareness during exercising. Tiana aims to educate all her clients, help them achieve positive behavioral change, and create new lifelong healthy habits.
She serves her duty incredibly by motivating the members on the importance of nutrition and a healthy diet through information on lifestyle issues and weight control. When she’s not working with her clients, Tiana also enjoys trying new recipes, practicing handstands, and spending quality time with family and friends.
